Secretary [5 Days, Jurong Town Hall, Up to $4,500]

Location: Jurong Town Hall
Responsibilities:
Responsible for arranging and coordinating daily office affairs, including document handling, filing, meeting arrangements, and office equipment management.
Handle internal and external company documents, letters, and emails, ensuring they are processed and distributed on time. The secretary may also need to prepare documents and materials for meetings.
Write, edit, and publish content on the company's public account and website. This may include writing articles, editing images and videos, updating website information, and more.
Arrange the leader's schedule, including meeting arrangements, booking conference rooms, sending invitations, etc.
Receive visiting clients, partners, and other visitors, and provide necessary support and assistance. This includes answering phone calls, registering visitors, providing information, etc.
Handle various emergencies and urgent situations to ensure the normal operation of the office.
Assist leaders and teams with various tasks, such as helping to write reports and prepare presentations.
Requirements:
Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle a range of different tasks and work environments.
