The Opportunity:
Our Client is a well?established organisation within public sector R&D agency
Location: one-north
Salary: Up to $3,500 (depending on experience)
6months contract (Renewable) - Can convert with good performance
Working hours: 8.30am - 6pm
Job Responsibilities:
Provide general secretarial, administrative and logistical support, including meeting scheduling, material collation, venue arrangements, agenda preparation, tracking follow?ups, minute?taking, travel bookings, and verification of travel invoices and claims.
Perform effective knowledge management and documentation control through regular housekeeping and archival.
Assist with queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate and organise events, meetings and engagements across various online platforms (e.g., Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams).
Support the team in scheduling and logistical processing.
Manage procurement requests and goods receipt, ensuring compliance, accuracy and timely fulfilment to support smooth operations.
Handle other ad?hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Diploma in any discipline with 2-5 years of relevant administrative or secretarial experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel and Teams) and familiar with online meeting platforms such as Zoom and Webex.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with good interpersonal abilities.
Highly resourceful, proactive, and results?oriented, with strong analytical and problem?solving skills.
A reliable team player who works well in a fast?paced environment.
