Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow and service delivery
Monitor service KPIs and implement improvement initiatives
Coordinate manpower deployment and roster planning
Support frontline operations and resolve service issues promptly
Collaborate with clinical, nursing, and administrative teams
Assist in budgeting, procurement, and vendor management
Ensure compliance with operational policies and healthcare regulations
Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
1–3 years of relevant operations experience (healthcare setting preferred)
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Able to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
