Office Administrative cum PA - AWS + VB / Central / Immediate Hiring
5 days work week / Perm / Central

Experience in Personal Assistant / Secretary and Office Admin is a MUST.
Immediate starter is preferred or short notice period.
Responsibilities:
1. General:
Report to the Director of Finance (Hong Kong) and work closely with the Accounting Manager and Personal Assistant.
2. Administration:
Oversee office administrative and procurement functions, including office services, supplies, insurance, IT, repair and maintenance, leasing and tenancy renewal, office improvement/renovation, and courier services.
Maintain organized filing and documentation systems.
Liaise with vendors, government agencies, insurers, and other service providers on corporate and administrative matters.
3. Property management:
Liaise with vendors including government agencies, property agencies, property management company, insurers and so forth for property corporate matters.
Manage administrative and corporate matters related to properties owned by the company.
Coordinate with property agencies, management companies, government bodies, and insurers on property?related issues.
4. Personal Assistant Support:
Provide assistance to the Personal Assistant in supporting management, as required.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree with related discipline
Comfortable with PA ad hoc duties.
Must have office admin experience
Experience in tenancy renewal / dealing with property management company for rental and renovation issues, rental issues with tenants is preferred
