Responsibilities:
Manage front desk and reception duties, including call handling, visitor coordination, paging, and meeting room control
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, courier arrangements, and ensure accurate distribution and dispatch
Maintain reception, mail room, and showroom display screens in proper working condition
Coordinate and raise requisitions for office supplies
Perform general administrative support including billing records, payroll verification support, access card management, and courier tracking
Provide ad-hoc administrative and office support duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Min GCE "O" levels and above
At least 1 year of customer service or receptionist experience
Additional Information:
Working hours: 740am to 530pm
Mondays to Fridays
Nearest MRT: Pioneer
