Job Description

Adecco is partnering with a Japanese MNC Automotive Manufacturer. We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator (Export) to join their business permanently! Reporting to the Logistics Assistant Manager, this role supports regional export operations and requires hands-on experience in export documentation, coordination with 3PLs, and SAP exposure (SD/MM).



Role Type: Permanent, Full-time

Location: Central Region

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm (staggered hours available)

Salary Package: Up to SGD 3,700 monthly + Bonus

The Job:


Manage end-to-end export logistics documentation for regional shipments.

Coordinate with 3PL providers and freight partners to execute outbound shipments to assigned customers.

Process, compile, and verify export documents across platforms, including Shipping Instructions, Packing Lists, Insurance Documents, Commercial Invoices, Waybills, and related trade documents.

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all export documentation provided to customers.

Generate, maintain, and consolidate monthly internal logistics and operations reports.

Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities as a secondary PIC.

Participate in departmental and cross-functional operational meetings.

Attend quarterly half-day warehouse visits for operational coordination and alignment.

Perform other operational duties as assigned by Management.


The Talent:


This role is suited for candidates who already operate in export logistics environments and are technically grounded in documentation and regional coordination:



Core Experience & Skills


Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.

Hands-on experience in export operations, including preparation and verification of shipping documents.

Working knowledge of Incoterms, export documentation flows, and trade compliance basics.

Experience coordinating shipments with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and external logistics partners.

Prior exposure to regional export markets (ASEAN or APAC preferred).

Experience using SAP ERP, specifically SD and/or MM modules (hands-on usage strongly preferred, not theoretical).


Operational Capability


Able to manage shipment scheduling, recovery planning, and exception handling (delays, documentation issues, irregular shipments).

Strong data accuracy and documentation discipline in high-volume operational environments.

Comfortable with operational reporting and Excel-based tracking.

Clear communicator in English with external partners (3PLs, vendors, customers) and internal stakeholders.

Execution-focused, detail-oriented, and service-minded.

Able to travel for quarterly half-day warehouse visits to JB, Malaysia.
