Personal Assistant (PA) to Managing Director
Location: City Hall
Working hours: 5 days | Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 Basic + 14 Days Annual Leave + Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Principal / Managing Director.
Manage calendar, appointments and meeting schedules.
Maintain and organise files and documentation.
Take meeting minutes and assist with follow-ups.
Handle errands and ad hoc administrative duties.
Requirements
At least 2 years of relevant administrative or secretarial experience.
Prior experience in a Professional Services environment (e.g. law firm, accounting or consulting firm) preferred.
Able to start work immediately or on short notice preferred.
