Job Description

HR cum Admin Assistant (Simple Duties/ Work Pass Application)


Location : Loyang Crescent (Company Bus Pickup location - Ang Mio Kio MRT, Hougang Ave 2, Pasir Ris MRT and Pasir Ris Street 1)


Working hours : 5 Working day (Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM)


Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + AWS + Bonus + 14 days Annual Leave


Duration : Permanent


Industry : Automation, Manufacturing, Engineering, Aviation





Main Responsibilities:


Handle MOM and statutory submissions.


Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.


Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and benefits administration.


Ensure compliance with Employment Act and HR regulations.


Maintain office and workshop administrative operations.


Manage office leases, service contracts, insurance renewals, and supplies.


Support safety, MOM, ISO, and certification documentation.


Provide general administrative support (travel arrangements, filing, mail handling).






Requirements:


Minimum Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.


1–2 years of HR/Admin experience, preferably in an SME environment.


Familiar with Employment Act, CPF, and MOM work pass processes is an advantage.


Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).


Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
