Location: Toa Payoh (Near Caldecott MRT)
Salary: SGD 2,300 – SGD 2,600 basic

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5.45pm
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate Preventive Maintenance schedules with customers and Field Engineers; escalate non-compliance to CS Delivery Manager
Dispatch Field Service Engineers (FSEs) and assign service orders based on guidance from helpdesk / response center or Team Lead Field Services
Prepare billing for completed Preventive Maintenance
Generate reports using Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)
Answer customer calls and log cases in the service management system according to call management and quality compliance processes
Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Team Lead
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service or coordination roles
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications
Strong Excel skills (Pivot Table and VLOOKUP required)
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and work in a team
