Responsibilities:
· Liaising / receiving order from purchaser and warehouse of raw material/spare parts details to arrange for stuffing.
· Handle import and export shipping operations and prepare necessary documentations.
· Monitor shipments and ensure receipt of shipping documents in a timely manner.
· Liaise with service provider to arrange transhipments of containers, checking of vessel schedule for connecting on barges.
· Monitoring supplier surrendered BL on time prior vessel arrival.
· Create Invoice / Packing List / Loading Report / Proforma Invoice via in house system.
· Forward all relevant documents for loose cargo to service provider for port clearance and transport arrangement to warehouse.
· Coordination with supplier on container delivery to their premises for stuffing
· Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
· Maintain proper documentation record into in house system and server.
Requirements:
· Experience in in import OR export documentation and shipping procedures
· Self-discipline, initiative, and able to work independently
· Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
· Customer Service oriented
