We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts cum Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s accounting functions while providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the full set of accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.
· Assist with issuing invoices, tracking receivables, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
· Process payments to suppliers and manage accounts payable.
· Support day-to-day office administrative functions.
· Provide administrative and operational support to management
· Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience with full set of accounts.
- 1 - 3 years relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Responsible, positive attitude, and meticulous.
