Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our team as a Customer Operations and Admin Executive.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Operations (70%)
1. Customer Renewals Management
- Proactively track upcoming contract renewals and reach out to customers at least 60–90 days before expiration.
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process, including preparing quotations and contracts.
- Maintain a renewal pipeline and provide regular updates on renewal status.
- Keep customer contracts and records organised and up to date.
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams (e.g., tech support, billing, sales).
- Meet or exceed renewal targets of at least 80%.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Conduct regular check-ins with existing customers via email and phone.
- Address feedback and basic inquiries from the install base appropriately.
- Assess customer issues and route them to the relevant ENX sales or technical teams when needed.
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on customer usage, growth, or needs.
- Qualify leads and pass them to the Sales team for follow-up.
- Organise customer training sessions, including onboarding new users to the ENX Sustainability Suite platform.
- Support the Marketing Head in customer engagement initiatives to drive customer success — including identifying opportunities for case studies, testimonials, and customer events.
Administrative Duties (30%)
3. Vendor & Supplier Management
- Maintain an updated vendor and supplier database, including pricing lists.
- Support procurement needs for ENX projects in close coordination with sales and field engineer teams.
- Handle RFQs and pricing, issue purchase orders (POs), and track incoming deliveries.
- Manage inventory and record material drawdowns.
- Track and record requests and terminations of SIM cards for customer project deployments.
4. Office and Facilities Management
- Manage office supplies and service-related contracts, including facilities and cleaning.
- Assist in organising company events or team activities as needed.
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Role Requirements
- Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of working experience, ideally in a customer relationship management role.
- A self-starter who is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to make decisions confidently within established guidelines.
- Meticulous with strong organisational skills to manage both operational and administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
