The Opportunity:

5 days work week (Office Hour)

Contract: 6months

Location: Kent Ridge

Up to $4400 (Depending on experience)

Duties:

Process monthly payroll with accuracy, including adjustments, bonuses, allowances, deductions, and final payments.

Work closely with HR on payroll system updates and final salary processing.

Manage payroll and manpower?related enquiries from employees and stakeholders.

Administer the eClaim system and maintain approval matrices.

Reconcile payroll?related contra and suspense accounts; identify and resolve discrepancies.

Respond to audit requests related to payroll, tax, and employee claims.

Perform general payroll and administrative duties as assigned.

Ensure payroll controls are in place and functioning effectively.

Review and assess payroll procedures, identifying areas for improvement.

Manage payroll suspense accounts and ensure timely clearance.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as CPF and Income Tax regulations, as well as internal policies.

Support digitalisation and enhancement of payroll processes and reporting.

Participate in ad?hoc projects to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Diploma in Business, HR, Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.

3-5 years of payroll experience; SAP Payroll experience is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements (CPF, Income Tax, etc.).

Strong analytical, organisational, and coordination skills.

Proactive, meticulous, and able to take initiative. Resourceful, positive, and adaptable to change.

Able to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong interpersonal skills.
