Mon to Thu: 8.30am to 6.00pm & Fri: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Nearest MRT: Buona Vista
6 months contract extendable
Salary: Up to $2800
Job Responsibilities:
Handle general administrative and operational tasks, including phone and email enquiries, and support HR matters such as coordinating interviews
Provide logistics and administrative support for events, workshops, and meetings
Perform secretarial duties, including acting as personal assistant to the Branch Director
Support day?to?day office operations and assist with tasks assigned by the Division
Job Requirements:
Min Diploma or equivalent qualification
Experience in administration or corporate support roles is a plus!
Good communication skills and able to work well with different stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
