Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth store performance
Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Drive store sales through effective strategies and team performance
Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained according to guidelines
Deliver excellent customer service and enhance overall shopping experience
Handle store administration and ensure compliance with company policie
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of retail supervisory/management experience (fashion/apparel preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Sales-driven with the ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude with a hands-on approach
