HR Officer (MNC/ Payroll/ HR initiatives)
1. Payroll Process Management for entities
Complete employee data input timely and accurately
Submit monthly CPF report
Maintain employment records and prepare related document
Handle HR related government and third parities’ survey
Assist payroll Executive to complete data input timely and accurately, maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records
Assist payroll Executive to generate payroll report
2. HRIS operation
Update employee database system
Analyze existing system function
Generate system modification requirement
Assist to identify HRIS’s requirement and summarize specifications
Assist in HRIS improvement
3. HR Admin
Proceed application and update payroll related data in HRIS (Attendance, Leave, RS fringe, Housing etc)
Assist in Travel Management
Process invoices payments from vendors and internal cost allocation
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in HR or related
1-2 years’ experience in HR Operations especially payroll function
Knowledge in HRIS system
Strong knowledge of payroll computations, MOM and CPF legislation
Good communication skill and proactive attitude
