Responsibilities

Corporate Secretarial & Legal Coordination

Coordinate statutory filings and corporate documents with external secretarial firms.

Support legal documentation and corporate governance matters with external legal partners.

Maintain statutory registers and corporate records.

Monitor compliance with corporate regulations and internal policies.

Handle regulatory correspondence and document submissions.

Safeguard confidential corporate and legal documents.

Expatriate Administration

Manage expatriate work passes, permit renewals, and immigration compliance.

Coordinate expatriate housing arrangements and lease renewals.

Support settling?in matters such as banking, utilities, and mobile services.

Manage membership applications and renewals.

Office Administration

Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with landlords and service providers.

Oversee procurement and inventory of office and pantry supplies.

Monitor office expenses and source cost?efficient solutions.

Manage courier services, logistics, and document dispatch.

Coordinate upkeep of company vehicles.

Handle reception duties, calls, visitors, and hospitality.

Supervise cleaning staff and office cleanliness schedule.

Support office renovations, reinstatement, or relocations.

Assist in planning company meetings, events, and staff activities.

Arrange business travel including flights, hotels, and visas.

Requirements

Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.

1–2 years of relevant experience preferred; no experience required as training will be provided.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Able to manage confidential information professionally.
