HR Executive (Talent Acquisition)
Location : Paya Lebar
Working hours : Monday to Friday, 9.00AM to 6.00PM
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,800 + 10 - 18 Days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits

Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements.
Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit interviews.
Administer work passes for foreign employees (applications, renewals, cancellations, appeals).
Manage bursary applications and administer government grants across entities.
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of recruitment or HR experience.
Good knowledge of recruitment processes and employment practices.
Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
