Admin Assistant
Location : Kaki Bukit
Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2500 + Incentives + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Call customers to confirm service and maintenance appointments.
Record customer feedback or complaints and escalate when necessary.
Update service records and customer information in the system.
Maintain customer records and filing (digital and physical).
Manage office supplies, equipment, and consumables.
Support basic inventory tracking and record updates.
Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate staff.
Provide general administrative support and perform ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
Min O Level
