We are hiring an Operations Assistant for an office-based role in Tai Seng within the transportation and storage industry. This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday (8:00am – 5:30pm), offering a basic salary of up to $2,200 with overtime pay and variable bonus. What You’ll Be Doing
Manage incoming calls and assist customers with their enquiries in a professional manner.
Prepare and issue quotations accurately based on customer requirements.
Handle email correspondence and maintain clear, timely communication with clients.
Support daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth office functions.
Carry out additional duties as assigned to support the team’s needs.
Provide regular updates and report progress to the Assistant Manager.
What We’re Looking For
No prior experience required; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Comfortable handling phone calls and interacting with customers.
Able to prepare and send quotations with attention to detail.
Capable of drafting and replying to emails in a professional manner.
Willing to learn, take initiative, and adapt to new responsibilities.
