Position: Admin Assistant (Purchasing / Order Processing)
Location: Ang Mo Kio
Working hours: 5 Days -Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2700 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 days annual leave +
Duration: 6- months contract (maternity cover, can be convertible to permanent)

Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing purchase orders and quotations
Liaise with suppliers on order status and delivery schedules
Maintain and update Sales order records and documentation
Follow up on stock receiving & deliveries and ensure timely receipt of goods
Perform general administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent
Relevant experience in administrative or purchasing support is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively
