Urgent requirement for Admin Assistant (Purchasing / Order Processing)


Job Description

  • Position: Admin Assistant (Purchasing / Order Processing)

  • Location: Ang Mo Kio

  • Working hours: 5 Days -Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2700 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 days annual leave +

  • Duration: 6- months contract (maternity cover, can be convertible to permanent)

  • Industry: Construction


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing purchase orders and quotations

  • Liaise with suppliers on order status and delivery schedules

  • Maintain and update Sales order records and documentation

  • Follow up on stock receiving & deliveries and ensure timely receipt of goods

  • Perform general administrative duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent

  • Relevant experience in administrative or purchasing support is preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)

  • Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively
