Mon: 8am-4:30pm, Tues - Fri 8am-5pm
Nearest MRT: Tiong Bahru
12 months contract (renewable to max 1 year)
Salary: Up to SGD 2700
The Talent
Min N Level qualification
Relevant admin experience, preferably in a school setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Able to multi?task and handle admin duties; customer service experience is a plus
Job Description
Manage counter duties and handle phone enquiries from parents, students, and the public
Prepare and submit daily attendance reports for students and staff
Support the smooth and efficient operations of the General Office
Receive incoming goods, arrange storage, and notify relevant parties
Handle general administrative tasks, and provide basic first?aid support, perform other duties as assigned
