The Opportunity: Office Admin (Central | Up to $3700 + Bonus)


Permanent Role | Up to $3700 (depending on experience)

Location: Suntec

5 days work week | 9am to 6pm (staggered working timing)

Adecco is partnering with globally established automotive brand known for its strong presence in commercial vehicles and diesel engine technology. You will get to work within a supportive team environment while interacting with diverse stakeholders across the region.They are hiring an office admin to assist with the administration and coordination.


The Job:


Oversee daily office administration, including vendor coordination, travel booking, maintenance, procurement, inventory control, and office expense monitoring.

Support office projects, meetings, events, and respond to HR and administrative queries.

Liaise with corporate secretarial and legal firms on statutory filings, corporate governance matters, and regulatory submissions, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

Maintain corporate records and handle official correspondence with relevant authorities.

Administer expatriate matters, including work passes, visa renewals, housing arrangements, and settling-in support.

The Talent:


1-2 years of office administration experience

Able to multi task and independent

Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office

Strong communication skills
