Adecco is partnering with a global trading and business company, operating worldwide across industries such as automotive, steel, energy, and industrial materials. They are hiring an administrative executive to oversee and manage office administration.
The Job:
Support daily import/export sales operations
Process POs, contracts, and invoices
Prepare and check shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, L/C)
Coordinate with customers and suppliers on shipments and issues
Update sales records, reports, and payment schedules
Assist with quotations and basic cost calculations
The Talent:
Minimum 1 year experience in trading or sales operations
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Basic knowledge of Incoterms and shipping terms preferred
