Personal Assistant
Location: Bukit Batok
Working hours: 5 Days Work Week - 8.30AM to 5.30PM
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 7 Days of Annual leave

Responsibilities:
Manage senior management’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedules
Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and preparation of documents and reports
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-up actions
Arrange business travel, accommodation, visas, and itineraries
Provide on-site support during business trips, meetings, and corporate events when required
Drive senior management for business appointments, meetings, and daily work activities
Support transportation needs during local and overseas business trips when required
Ensure vehicle cleanliness, proper maintenance, servicing, refueling, and safety compliance
Plan efficient routes and ensure punctual travel arrangements
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification
Preferably with a valid driving licence with a good driving record
Comfortable with frequent driving and flexible working hours
Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and common office systems
Reliable, proactive, professional, and able to handle confidential matters with discretion
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
No experience is required, training will be provided
Willing to travel when required
