Executive Assistant / Office Administrator
Location: Central
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.30pm
Salary: Up to S$6,000 + Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, organised, and hands-on Executive Assistant / Office Administrator to support daily office operations and provide executive support in a fast-paced environment.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys taking ownership, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Main Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office administration and coordination
• Handle calls, emails, visitors, couriers, and office supplies
• Organise files, records, office assets, and storage
• Coordinate office maintenance, vendors, and general office support matters
• Support new hire administration such as computer setup, access coordination, and software requests
• Liaise with external IT vendor and assist with basic first-line troubleshooting
• Arrange travel bookings, hotels, visa applications, and related logistics
• Support executive assistance duties including ad hoc coordination and administrative support
Requirements:
• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent with relevant working experience
• Prior experience in office administration and executive support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• IT-savvy and comfortable with basic troubleshooting and coordination
• Able to multitask, work independently, and handle confidential matters professionally
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic office environment
