Our client is the regional corporate headquarters of one of the biggest automotive company. It oversees the company's activities in areas such as manufacturing, sales, marketing, and distribution of vehicles across multiple countries in Asia. You will be part of the Marketing Department, assisting with meeting coordination and managing schedules.
The Job:
Coordinate internal and client meetings, including agendas, resources, and follow-ups.
Support event planning, manage guest lists, and logistics (flights, hotels, transportation).
Maintain and organize the marketing team's calendars and schedules.
Provide general administrative support: filing, data entry, correspondence, and document management.
Assist with travel arrangements and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
The Talent:
Diploma in business related specialisation
No experience required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
