Job Summary:
- Gross Salary UP $3,200++
- Basic Salary: $2,400 to $3,300 (depending on relevant experiences)
- Monthly Shift Allowance: $220 (Afternoon Shift) / $330 (Night Shift)

- Guaranteed 2 months bonus

- Morning Shift: Mon to Fri (8.30am - 6.15pm)
- Afternoon Shift: Mon to Fri (12.45pm - 10.30pm)

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the full shipment process for customers
- Ensure all incoming shipments, including exchanges and returns, and outgoing shipments are completed in a timely and orderly manner
- Attend to customers’ enquiries and complaints
- Ensure export and import operations run smoothly
- Perform occasional hands-on duties when required
