Retail Sales Associates/Store Supervisor
Location : Raffles City Mall, Paragon, Jem
Working hours : Shift Work - 44 Hours
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 + AWS + Grooming Allowances + 14 Days Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed decisions
Drive sales by achieving individual and store sales targets
Process transactions accurately (cash, credit card, digital payments)
Assist in stock management, including receiving, replenishing, and organizing merchandise
Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and display standards
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to company policies
Stay updated on current promotions, new products, and brand guidelines
Other activities assigned
Requirements:
Previous retail experience in sales or customer service (experience in fashion or footwear preferred)
Strong interest in fashion retail and ability to advise customers on the store’s product range
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Willingness to take initiative and embrace challenges
