Finance Manager

Location : Sin Ming Drive

Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee the full finance function, including reporting, operations, compliance, and business partnering

Prepare and review full sets of accounts in compliance with SFRS

Lead month-end and year-end closing processes

Review financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis

Improve finance reporting processes, systems, and timelines

Oversee daily finance operations, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations

Strengthen internal controls, policies, and SOPs

Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records

Supervise and guide junior finance staff

Oversee GST, corporate tax, and statutory filings

Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements

Liaise with tax agents and external consultants

Lead internal and external audits

Act as the main liaison for auditors and regulatory bodies

Follow up on audit findings and implement recommendations

Partner business units on budgeting, forecasting, and financial insights

Support cash flow management, cost control, and financial planning

Perform financial analysis for business decisions and growth

Drive finance process improvements and transformation initiatives

Other ad-hoc activities assigned

Requirements:

Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CA

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role

Strong experience in full set of accounts and financial reporting

Good knowledge of SFRS, GST, and corporate tax
