Job Scope:
Contract Supply Chain/Operations Assistant/Exec (MNC) - #HHW
Selecting space for storage and arranging for goods to be placed in the designated areas
Handling and keeping tracks of all import/export documentations
Planning, scheduling, and developing the most efficient transportation and logistics system
Execute system transaction to ensure accuracy in system and physical inventory
Liaise with all parties involved in the import and domestic movements of stocks, including transport companies and freight forwarders
Complete paperwork for all deliveries
Record all stock movement and deliveries in database and prepare regular reports
Any other ad-hoc works assigned by project manager
Qualifications & Experience:
•? ?Min Diploma / Degree in Logistics Management / Supply Chain Management or any other equivalent certification
•? ?Able to use Pivot Table/Vlookup is an added advantage
•? ?Able to start work immediately is an added advantage
