We are hiring an Administrative Executive (Admin & Procurement) for a permanent position within the shipbuilding and repair industry, based in Pioneer Sector 1. This role follows a 5.5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday half-day) and offers a competitive salary package with Variable Bonus (VB). What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee day-to-day office administrative activities to ensure efficient operations and support staff needs
- Maintain and organize both electronic and hardcopy filing systems for accurate record management and easy retrieval
- Input and manage accounting-related data to support financial monitoring and reporting processes
- Generate and process purchase orders (POs) while monitoring order progress to ensure timely fulfillment
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand procurement requirements and streamline purchasing workflows
- Source and evaluate suppliers by requesting quotations and comparing pricing for cost-effective decisions
- Carry out additional administrative or procurement-related tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum qualification of Higher Nitec, Diploma, or Degree in office skills or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in office administration or similar roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools for handling and analyzing administrative and procurement data effectively
