Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, meticulous and proactive individual to join our team as a Finance and Admin Executive. This role is integral in managing our day-to-day financial operations and provide administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

FINANCE & BUDGETING

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and management accounts.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and banks.
  • Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures.
  • Support monthly payroll processing and statutory contributions (CPF, income tax, etc.).

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

  • Oversee office operations, including procurement of supplies and vendor management.
  • Maintain employee records and support HR functions such as onboarding and leave tracking.
  • Responsible for all insurance related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and workplace safety standards.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
  • Assist to organize company events or team activities when required.
  • And any other ad hoc tasks assigned.

Role Requirements

  • Diploma in Finance/Accounting or related field.
  • 3-5 years of working experience in a finance and admin role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with accounting software preferred.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Meticulous with strong organizational skills to manage operations and administrative duties.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with external parties, customers and suppliers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with multi stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Able to work with tight deadlines and perform under pressure with multiple priorities.
