Position : Human Resource Executive (Payroll)
Location : Paya Lebar
Working hours : Monday to Friday, 9.00AM to 6.00PM
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,800 + 10 - 18 Days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits

Responsibilities:
Manage work pass applications, renewals, appeals and cancellations.
Process monthly payroll and statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS, etc.).
Handle work injury compensation, MOM reporting and insurance claims.
Manage staff onboarding, offboarding, orientation and leave administration.
Submit Government Paid Leave claims and maintain HR records/database.
Support recruitment activities including job postings and coordination.
Administer foreign worker levy matters and insurance updates.
Coordinate training programmes and grant submissions.
Maintain staff personal files and proper HR documentation.
Support ISO audits, license renewals and new project preparation.
Prepare HR reports for management and assist with HR administration.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3 years of HR administration experience.
Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and labor regulations.
Experience in payroll processing is an advantage.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
