Warehouse / Store Assistant (Admin Support)


Location: Ang Mo Kio (Few bus stops from Yio Chu Kang MRT)


Working hours: 5 days’ work week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm


Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,500 + Bonus + Medical + Overtime (when required)


Duration: Permanent


Industry: Semiconductor & Electronics






Main Responsibilities:




Maintain and update inventory records for incoming and outgoing shipments


Assist in preparing Bill of Materials (BOMs) for picking


Print pick lists, packing labels, and shipment labels


Coordinate with internal departments on shipment activities


Support daily warehouse and store operations


Perform inventory checks, stock take, and resolve discrepancies


Carry out ad-hoc warehouse-related duties as assigned




Requirements:




GCE ‘N’ Level or relevant qualifications/experience


Candidates with relevant warehouse, logistics, or administrative experience are welcome to apply


Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred


Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines


Comfortable to perform hands-on tasks such as packing, checking, and organizing stock
