Business Development Executive (Healthcare)
Location : Serangoon Road
Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Office Hours
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,800 Basic + Commission + Allowances + Performance Bonus + 14-21 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

Responsibilities:
Support the full sales cycle from lead generation to case closure
Grow patient referrals and expand partner networks
Build strong relationships with patients, partners, and stakeholders
Follow up on leads and cases to improve conversion
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Support marketing campaigns, outreach activities, and events
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
Prepare sales updates, reports, and business development records
Ensure compliance with company processes and approval procedures
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field
Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, organised, and results-driven
Comfortable engaging both B2B and B2C stakeholders
Proficient in MS Office
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
