The Opportunity Project Administrator (ENG MNC/Up $4,000/SAP)
Work in an US MNC within the robotics, and engineering technology sector
12 months contract (Able to renew/convert subjected to performance)
Salary: Up to SGD 4000
Candidate who can start on immediate notice will be advantageous
The Talent
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Project Specialist, Project Coordinator, or Project Controls role
Hands?on experience with SAP (Creation of Master Data, project cost tracking, invoicing, or financial updates); SAP experience is mandatory
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, PDC)
Background in engineering, industrial, manufacturing, EPC, or infrastructure projects preferred
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Proactive communicator and team player with a positive, solution?oriented mindset
Job Description
Create and maintain project structures and master data in SAP, based on instructions from Project Managers or Project Controllers
Update planned project cost and revenue in project tracking reports
Book approved change orders in SAP following customer and internal approvals
Support customer billing processes, including preparation, submission, and follow?ups
Process vendor invoices in SAP, ensuring accurate project coding and timely posting
Prepare shipping documents and follow up on shipment and consignment details
Assist in tracking project costs, commitments, and invoices to support financial control
Coordinate with Finance and Project Controls teams to resolve billing or invoice discrepancies
Verify contractor timesheets and prepare supporting documentation for customer invoices
Maintain and update master data for third?party timesheet management
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and ethical standards
Demonstrate awareness of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) principles and their importance in project execution
