Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by managing high-value accounts, capturing new business opportunities, and delivering high-stakes pitches while continuously optimizing campaigns for peak performance.
Spearhead the end-to-end advertising sales lifecycle-from pinpointing high-potential opportunities to leading complex commercial negotiations and final deal closure.
Craft and deliver high-stakes pitches and strategic business reviews (QBRs) that leverage deep data insights to influence senior decision-makers.
Act as a strategic advisor to key clients, architecting bespoke advertising solutions that directly fuel their global growth and market expansion.
Execute rigorous hands-on campaign optimization and budget management to consistently exceed ROAS targets and performance benchmarks.
Proactively identify and capture upsell and cross-sell opportunities, deepening platform integration through a diversified product mix.
Requirements
Proven track record of owning high-value portfolios and exceeding multi-million dollar revenue targets through aggressive account expansion.
Deep knowledge of the Greater China market and the China Export ecosystem, with a clear understanding of how domestic brands scale globally.
Significant "hands-on" experience in digital ad planning and optimization, with a focus on maximizing ROAS and conversion-based outcomes.
Exceptional ability to pitch complex advertising solutions to C-suite stakeholders, translating data into compelling growth strategies.
Skilled in the end-to-end sales cycle, from identifying white-space opportunities to closing sophisticated commercial deals.
