Responsibilities:
To achieve sales target set by company
To service and maintain good business relationship with existing account
To identify new business opportunity and develop new account.
To execute sales strategy and meet company’s objective
To liaise and coordinate with other divisions internally regarding customer's request or new project implementation.
To provide quotation on customer's inquiry
To participate in contract negotiation
To review T&Cs between company and customer before implementation.
To provide problem reporting and resolution regarding business issue
To report to Manager
Job Requirements:
Diploma working experience in Customer Service, Sales or Admin.
Thrive in fast-paced roles with expertise in time management, prioritization, and multitasking.
Able to work independently under tight deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office Applications. (Excel, PPT, Word, Teams, D365 and Others)
Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Disciplined, hardworking and able to perform under pressure.
Detail oriented, resourceful and ability to work independently.
Active listening and demonstrates a positive and helpful attitude.
Take initiative and demonstrate leadership to contribute to the company and its customers.
