Adecco is partnering with a corporate gifting and merchandising business, and we are seeking a Merchandiser for the business! This role is suitable for someone with a strong interest in product curation, market trends, and sourcing. You will support the team in identifying new products, managing catalogue offerings, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring products meet both aesthetic and commercial expectations.

Work hours: Mondays - Fridays, 9am - 6pm

East region

The Job:

Source and curate new, trend-driven, and commercially viable products for the assigned portfolio

Support the management and upkeep of the promotional and premium catalogue

Coordinate with internal stakeholders on product selection, pricing, and presentation

Liaise with overseas suppliers on product enquiries, development, and order coordination

Maintain accurate product information, descriptions, pricing, and visuals in the system/backend

Support showroom styling and product display to ensure a strong visual presentation for clients

Monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings to recommend new ideas and improvements

Ensure product selections align with client expectations in terms of design, functionality, quality, and budget

The Talent:

Diploma or Degree in Merchandising, Retail, Business, Design, or related discipline

Strong eye for aesthetics, design, and presentation

Keen awareness of market and social media trends, with interest in identifying new and creative product ideas

Passionate about products, gifting, and curation

Detail-oriented and meticulous in execution
