We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in an Underwriting Administration and Operational Support capacity. Based in the heart of the CBD, this role follows standard office hours from Monday to Friday. We are highly supportive of early-career talent and Diploma graduates to apply. This is a one-year contract position with excellent prospects for extension or conversion to a permanent role, contingent upon individual performance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Maintain and update essential client documents, including FAQs and Terms & Conditions. You will manage the version control of product development files, handle document translations, and ensure all materials on client portals remain current.
Facilitate the billing process by producing client invoices and reviewing broker reports for precision. You will also play a vital role in compliance by collating necessary documentation for investigations.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the APAC team, ensuring that all client portfolios and shared folders are organized and up to date.
Skills & Requirements:
Education: Open for fresh graduates. Preferably with experience dealing with brokers on queries/ clarifications
Experience: Must be able to use Advanced Excel - Pivot Table & V-lookup
