Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-driven individual to manage project billing and invoicing operations. This role ensures all jobs are properly tracked, verified, and billed accurately and on time.

Requirements


Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field


1–3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or finance operations (logistics industry preferred)


Skills & Competencies


Strong attention to detail and accuracy


Good understanding of billing processes and revenue recognition


Ability to handle high-volume transactions


Strong organizational and time management skills


Good communication skills (for coordination with Ops & customers)


Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
