Our client is a one of the largest app platforms operating in Singapore
This is a frontline customer service role, where you will be attending and servicing delivery/driver partners on the app platform.
Responsibilities:
* Prompt assistance to the needs of our driver/delivery partners.
* Facilitating transactions without error.
* Role will require physical issuance and topping up of stocks (Carton boxes of items such as bags/gears/t-shirts) from the warehouse (means need to carry things) and need to do inventory stock take
The Talent
Customer service experience
Proficiency Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce)
Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems
IT/Computer Literacy
Proficiency in using spreadsheets and documentation tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Docs)
Familiarity with live chat, email support, and/or phone systems
