Adecco is partnering with a renowned luxury watch & jewelry brand to hire an experienced Assistant Boutique Manager. In this role, you will support the Boutique Manager in driving sales performance, managing daily operations, and delivering an exceptional client experience aligned with the brand's standards.

Key Responsibilities




Support the Boutique Manager in achieving sales targets and driving boutique performance

Lead by example on the shop floor to deliver outstanding client service and elevate customer experience

Coach and develop the sales team through regular feedback and on-the-job training

Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients through effective clienteling and CRM strategies

Oversee boutique operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and compliance with procedures

Monitor KPIs, analyze sales performance, and implement action plans to drive business growth

Ensure boutique presentation, visual merchandising, and brand standards are consistently upheld

Act as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the Boutique Manager

Job Requirements




Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in luxury retail (watches, jewelry, or fashion)

Strong sales-driven mindset with a proven track record in achieving targets

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Strong clienteling ability with experience handling VIP clientele

Good business acumen with the ability to analyze sales and drive performance

Well-groomed with strong communication and interpersonal skills
