Operations Supervisor (Warehouse)
Location : East – Loyang Way
Working hours : Monday to Saturday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,200 + AWS + OT Payable + Performance Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily delivery schedules, assign jobs, and assist with route planning
Monitor delivery progress and follow up on delays or operational issues
Update delivery records and ensure accurate documentation
Support daily warehouse and store operations
Monitor stock movement, assist in stock counts, and report inventory discrepancies
Ensure proper storage, handling, and organisation of goods
Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth day-to-day operations
Prepare basic operational reports and maintain accurate records
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company procedures
Support process improvements and ad hoc operational duties as assigned
Requirements:
Experience in warehouse, logistics, operations, or inventory-related work
Delivery coordination or route planning experience is an advantage
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and stock control
Willing to work 6 days a week with occasional overtime
