Sales Engineer (Rental Chiller / HVAC)
Location: Boon Lay (Islandwide travel)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8.30am – 5.30pm
Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $5,000 Basic + $1,000 Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus (Min 2 months, up to 5 months) + 16–21 Days Annual Leave + Medical
Industry: Refrigerating, Air-conditioning & Ventilation Machinery (MNC)
Responsibilities
Develop and grow rental chiller services to maximize revenue and account penetration
Identify and establish new customers through calls, site visits, and networking
Present turnkey HVAC and rental solutions to potential clients
Analyze customer needs and identify market opportunities
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Manage and grow existing accounts through regular engagement
Drive awareness and demand for rental chiller services
Act as liaison between customers and internal teams
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Perform other sales-related duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Knowledge of HVAC systems, chiller plants, airside systems, or building services
At least 3 years of sales experience in related industries
Experience in rental business, construction equipment, or engineering solutions is an advantage
