Accounts Assistant (AP/AR + Admin)
Location : Goldhill Plaza- Near Novena MRT
Working hours : 5 days (Mon-Fri), 9.00am-5.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 15 days annual leave

Industry : Trading and distribution of petrochemicals
Main Responsibilities:
Prepare cheque payments, banking forms, and process online payments
Record daily receipts and payments in Navision accounting system
Process supplier invoices, including operational and office expenses
Ensure accurate preparation and recording of sales invoices
Assist with month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing activities
Prepare monthly accounting schedules and reports
Provide support to Finance & Admin team on ad-hoc duties
Manage office supplies and pantry inventory
Handle incoming calls and general administrative tasks
Coordinate external administrative duties with banks and agencies
Requirements:
Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Familiar with accounting software (Navision experience is an advantage)
