The bank is looking to hire Priority Sales Team Leader to support its business expansion in the Singapore market. This role presents an opportunity to be part of the bank's growth while working with a well-established and reputable organization.
Responsibilities
Recruit, lead and coach the Relationship Manager team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Provide oversight to ensure Relationship Managers are aligned with segment objectives and consistently deliver excellent client service.
Drive new business, acquisition, and referral opportunities while strengthening existing client relationships in line with the service standards set for the Clients segment.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies and action plans.
Create a positive and supportive sales culture by recognising achievements, providing ongoing motivation and facilitating individual development plans.
To manage anti-attrition and retention of clients
Qualification and experience required
Bachelor's degree
Min 4 years of Premier Relationship Manager experience
Strong leadership, coaching and team management skills
In-depth knowledge of wealth products (eg: investment, bancassurance, and treasury)
Excellent communication, coaching, and team building skills to motivate and manage a sales team effectively
