We are partnering with a leading global aerospace systems provider to hire a Technical Support Engineer supporting airlines and MRO customers across the Asia-Pacific region.
This is a great opportunity for engineers with aviation/MRO experience to step into a regional-facing technical role, combining engineering analysis, customer support, and reliability improvement work.
The Role
Act as the key technical focal point for product performance, reliability, and in-service issues
Support airlines and MROs with engineering solutions, troubleshooting, and technical queries
Investigate warranty cases, provide technical conclusions, and support decision-making
Perform reliability analysis using operational data (e.g. MTBUR, component trends)
Review and implement updates to technical documentation (CMM, SB, SIL, etc.)
Work closely with OEM teams, global engineering network, and field service teams
Support repair capability development, vendor selection, and technical projects
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and preventive maintenance programs
The Talent
Degree in Mechanical / Aerospace / Aeronautical / Electrical Engineering
3-5 years of experience in aviation, MRO, or aircraft component repair environment
Familiarity with Part 145 repair processes
Exposure to hydraulic / pneumatic systems
Ability to interpret technical documents (CMMs, schematics, engineering drawings)
Experience with tools such as SAP/ERP, CAD/CATIA, or data analysis tools is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to work across regional stakeholders
Open to occasional travel (~10-20%)
Experience in landing gear systems or aircraft component overhaul will be an added advantage.
