Admin Assistant / Admin Coordinator
Office Location: Loyang Way
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,800 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

Responsibilities:
Prepare basic documents and records
Follow up on orders and delivery status
Reply to customer enquiries by email or phone
Update information in system or Excel
Support the team with daily admin work
Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned

No experience welcome – Training Provided
Minimum of O’ Level or equivalent
Basic Microsoft Office skills
